We are volunteers for Arizona Beagle Rescue. Our foster dog, Amy Lynn, loves toys! She used to be kept in a backyard and bred so that the owner could sell puppies! She has been rescued and is up for adoption. She is just learning how to run and play and just be a dog! She loves to steal socks too!

My dog Adain, is not only my best friend, but he is my service dog as well. At this point in my life, he’s my only companion. I recently moved acrross the country and don’t know anyone. I’mliving in a very isolated, remote area, & even though I’ve been here almost 2 months, haven’t met anyone. Without him, I’d be totally lost. He’s the reason I get up in the mornings, and am able to manage throughout the day. He helps me not only with my physical limitations, but now is my mental support too. That’s a heck of a responsibility for a 4 legged friend.

I have three wonderful dogs. Murphy is a collie and is 4 years old. Last year we adopted his 10 year old mother Pepper to live her retirement years with us. We also have a 13-year-old Sheltie named Peanut who we adopted 11 years ago.
My dogs really deserve to have these wonderful gifts under our Christmas tree this year because they have just been so good for us and to us. With their unconditional love, they saw us through cancer treatment for my husband. They were there to comfort both of us during this very hard time. They never complained when we didn’t give them the attention they deserved at times. The minute our alarm clock goes off in the morning they are there to help us not go back to sleep and make getting ready in the morning a game. They love everyone they meet and leave people smiling. They distract us from our worries and remind us to be silly and have fun. These wonderful dogs of ours lift spirits, teach us about true loyalty and patience and forgiveness and make us want to be better humans. This is why I think my dogs really deserve these presents under the tree on Christmas morning!

Sam who is a therapy dog volunteers every week at a school for special needs children, he would love to be able to wear the Rein-Dog Costume for the kids. They would love to see Sam dressed up just for them. Sam hates to wear clothes but loves dressing up for the kids because they love it so much and loves them so much.

I have two dogs, a beagle/pug mix and a golden/cocker mix. Ernie, the b/p, has always inspired dress-up costumes. He has a pirate costume for Halloween and a Santa suit for Christmas. He enjoys all the attention and he gets plenty in his cute dress-ups.

Scooty, the g/c, is a bigger girl, on a perennial diet. when I adopted her at 11 years old she weighed 68 pounds and should have weighed 40. She has developed quite a passion for Brussels Sprouts over the past four years as we trimmed her down to a svelt 43 pounds. She now feels she’s ready for the runway, but she has no designer styles to strut. Between having some health issues and approaching 15, we have to prepare ourselves that this could be her last Christmas. She would look so cute parading around as a reindog at the Alzheimer’s center on her monthly visit!

Hi!

My chocolate Lab should get a prize because she ate all of my bananas today with the peel.

She is a retired working dog living out her days loved by us and her two cat friends.

My Katie who is 15 has received a new family. We were blessed to have custody of our 3 grandchildren ages 3,4 and 6 and Katie (a border collie) helped me raise our 3 children and now is helping with our grandchildren. She circles them just like she is still a puppy and barks when they are fighting. She still at 15 thinks she runs our house-and yes she really does. These children love her and she loves them-she can’t hear so we use our hands to give her commands and she has picked up this wonderfully. I rely on her when the kids are out of my sight because if they are doing something they shouldn’t she comes and gets me-she tells on the grandkids. We love our Katie and she still at 15 love toys.
